PreSeason Fitness Training – Results Based Training Melbourne – Wednesdays and Saturdays
Preseason fitness training will be conducted again this week on Wednesday (starts at 7pm) and Saturday (starts at 11am) at the RBT Gymnasium in South Melbourne. It will be run by Aaron Scarborough and Kieran Fitzgerald. (For those of you who didnt know, Aaron and Kieran are strength and conditioning coaches during the day ) Focus is solely on strength and conditioning in preparation for Season 2012. Bring your club preseason shirts so we advertise our Club, joggers and a waterbottle. This costs $50 for 3 months. Please note that the Club will match what the playing group put in financially, so do the right thing and put some money in. Once you are paid up you will also have access to individual gym and nutrition programs to focus on improving your performance on and off the field. The programs will be based on recommendations from the coaching staff and S&C staff to maximize your efforts at playing at the highest grade in your position.
