On Saturday, the MURFC Colts took out the Grand Final for 2008, adding to their Minor Premiership Shield. A sensational Double!

The match was a fitting result for their dominant season, and the third time in 4 weeks they had competed against the number 2 side, Northern Panthers.

Final Score: 29 to 12, with 5 tries and two conversions.

A formal presentation of the trophies and team will take place at our final Supporters Lunch, on Sat 30th August, at Royal Park, before our Lions take on last year’s Bundaberg Cup winners - Westgate Power.

This is the first Colts Premiership since 1987, and a great tribute to the players, coaches and support staff in our 100th Year. Come and join the celebrations!
