How Do I Pay ?

Simply down load and fill in the Club Registration form HERE. Then when you are at training, give the form to your coach or the Club registrar as follows:

• Players need to give these forms to Scott Baguley, Saman Kodituwakku, Dave Phillips or a committee member or a Team Manager on training days.
• Supporters need to post/fax/email their registration forms to Peter Hone c/o 7 Hampden Rd, Armadale 3143 or Fax: 03 9509 0158 or email: chone@bigpond.net.au

Seniors Subs Season 2012: $280

NEW “Pay-by the month” Seniors Subs: 4x$70 per month

Students Subs Season 2012: $160

NEW “Pay-by the month” Student Subs: 4x$40 per month

Supporters Subs Season 2012: $100 (non playing)

*Note 3% surcharge will be added to credit card payments. This will appear as “tax” on the payment screen
